Sintered HDPE Porous Filter Tube for Industrial Filtration

Lvyuan sintered HDPE filter tube is manufactured from porous polyethylene to form a rigid tubular filtration element for solid-liquid separation and particle retention. Sintered polyethylene is an established porous-plastic filtration material, and similar PE elements are used for filtering liquids, aggressive process fluids and industrial water streams.

With customizable outer diameter, inner diameter and length, the element can be specified for different equipment and process requirements. The supplied range covers 1–100 μm filtration, temperatures up to 80°C and pressure resistance up to 0.5 MPa, making it suitable for industrial filtration solutions where corrosion-resistant polymer media and custom-sized filter components are required. Porous PE tubes are also commonly offered for filtration, diffusion and venting applications.
